Job Purpose:
 You’re the link between the kitchen and the dining room. As the Expo, you’re the final set of eyes on every plate before it hits the table—making sure each dish looks great, meets our standards, and gets to guests fast and fresh.

What You’ll Do:

  • Keep the line moving—communicate clearly with both kitchen staff and servers.
  • Check plating, portion sizes, and presentation to make sure everything is just right.
  • Garnish and finish dishes when needed before they go out.
  • Keep an eye on ticket times and help the kitchen stay on pace.
  • Maintain a clean, clutter-free expo station at all times.
  • Follow sanitation standards like a pro.
  • In some locations, assist with to-go orders and answer phones when needed.

  • Standing the entire shift
