- Integrate third‑party and internal software components, ensuring overall system stability, compatibility, and performance
- Plan and execute integration, regression, and release testing; coordinate and manage software releases
- Provide Level 3 support by troubleshooting complex issues and performing root cause analysis in collaboration with teams
- Act as the technical interface between support/operations and development, guiding design and integration of system components
- Oversee system installations, updates, and configurations, ensuring traceability and consistent environments
- Create and maintain documentation, share knowledge, and support onboarding and enablement of support teams
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in computer science or equivalent with relevant professional experience
- Fluent English in writing and speaking, strong communication skills
- Solid Linux knowledge, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (Shell programming, software packaging, system administration)
- Experience with software testing, release management, and system installations
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with Flexera/Revenera license products (FlexNetEmbedded, -Publisher, -Operations)
- German language skills
- Experience working at the interface between development, support, and operations
- Ability to travel <10% of the time, partial home office possible
Skills Required
