Join Nokia FN Broadband Network Fiber Access R&D team to engage in embedded software development for telecom PON access products. You will take charge of full-cycle development, debugging and optimization of OLT embedded software based on Linux platform, iterate product functions, solve technical problems in project delivery, and support the commercial deployment and technical upgrade of fiber broadband access products.
- Complete full-lifecycle requirement analysis, technical design, coding implementation, debugging and performance optimization for Nokia OLT products, covering GPON, XGS-PON and 50GPON technologies, and undertake software integration, function iteration and version release.
- Implement embedded Linux system adaptation, driver debugging and service module tuning to guarantee the stability, reliability and performance of telecom OLT system.
- Design, develop and optimize equipment clock synchronization functions based on IEEE 1588v2, PTP and NTP protocols to comply with unified telecom network timing specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct product verification, resolve technical faults, and ensure smooth project delivery and commercial deployment.
You have :
- Bachelor or above in Communication, Electronic Information, Computer and other related majors.
- 5+ years embedded product development experience, proficient in C/C++.
- Solid Linux embedded development capability, familiar with kernel adaptation, driver development and common debugging methods.
- Familiar with basic telecom network principles, able to independently complete embedded software development and troubleshooting.
It would be nice if you also had:
Practical development experience in PON access technology, familiar with OMCI protocol and OLT product architecture.
- Project experience in telecom equipment clock synchronization function development and optimization.
- Proficient in using AI auxiliary programming tools (Cursor, Copilot) to improve coding efficiency and code quality is a strong plus.
