Job Description- Manage and oversee Continuous Improvement (CI), ensuring that expected results are delivered on time and according to plan, based on KPIs M1 and M2.
- Define and maintain CI processes and work instructions, ensuring their proper implementation across the plant/country.
- Evaluate and prioritize improvement ideas, collaborating with relevant departments and CI committees to assess feasibility and potential impact.
- Calculate and manage the financial impact of CI initiatives, including business cases, payback and return on investment (ROI).
- Lead the CI Committee and promote a continuous improvement culture through CI campaigns, recognition programs, and employee and management engagement.
- Manage CI tools and training, including idea management software (CIP/LPI) and induction training such as 5S and the 8 types of waste.
- Ensure the implementation and transfer of best practices and ideas, both within the plant and across departments, segments, plants, and countries.
- Ensure compliance with legal, internal, safety, and environmental standards within the area of responsibility.
- Identify and report risks and opportunities to the direct supervisor or responsible leadership.
- Ensure and contribute to customer satisfaction by meeting customer expectations and requirements.
- Support LEONI’s financial targets and business results through effective and responsible execution of activities.
- Meet deadlines and quality requirements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with OPEX standards and efficiently manage company materials and resources within the assigned area.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace and ensure adherence to established workplace standards.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

- Industrial Engineering & Manufacturing Concepts, Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Continuous Improvement.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering or related
- 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Continuous Improvement
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement methodologies (5S, 8 wastes)

- Production optimization and manufacturing operations management experience
