The Global Quality Expert is responsible for driving World Class Quality across global Pre-Development, Project Development, and Operations through the establishment, deployment, and continuous improvement of quality management systems, standards, methodologies, and performance metrics.The role ensures alignment of global quality objectives across regions and sites while supporting strategic initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, operational excellence, business performance, profitability, and sustainable growth.
Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:
Develop, maintain, and deploy global quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Ensure alignment and effectiveness of quality management across regions & functions.
Define, monitor, and drive global quality KPIs and performance metrics.
Analyze quality trends and lead corrective and preventive improvement initiatives.
Drive the deployment & standardization of Quality Core Tools throughout the organization.
Lead and support continuous improvement and World Class Quality initiatives.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reporting solutions, and quality analytics.
Support digitalization and data-driven decision making within quality organization.
Collaborate globally across Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer/Supplier Quality functions.
Support Customer/Supplier quality improvement activities and escalation management.
Support quality planning and risk management throughout the product lifecycle, from concept development through serial production and field performance
Support and, when required, lead the analysis, resolution, and negotiation of high-impact Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) issues, including 0-km, warranty, & customer claims.
Facilitate best practice sharing and knowledge transfer across regions and sites.
