Summary of the Role

Expert in Financial Planning & Analysis is insightful and trusted co-pilots to the business and functions, proactively providing robust, forward-looking analytics, steering performance, and supporting strategy execution, always with a focus on value creation. They demonstrate strong knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools, combined with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.

Expert collaborates closely with the Finance BP community, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and GBS teams to deliver best-in-class support and sustainable operational excellence, combining business acumen with deep financial expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Regional Finance Business Partnering leadership in the execution and maintenance of monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

  • Analyze financial results and provide insightful commentary and recommendations.

  • Ensure Finance Business Partnering excellence by coordinating the flash reporting process with country FBP and FP&A teams and by updating monthly reporting through BI queries.

  • Demonstrate strong ownership of forecasting and budgeting processes, sup-porting both countries and regional leadership throughout the budgeting cycle (Anaplan) and in the preparation of presentations.

  • Provide agile support through ad hoc analyses and reporting, including responses to global requests.

  • Actively contribute to governance and regional strategy execution, including pricing strategy, cost-efficiency initiatives, credit management and participation in regional weekly approval committees.

  • This role requires strong collaboration across Finance and non-Finance teams to ensure objectives are achieved. Proactivity, agility, and a results-oriented mindset are essential, along with strong proficiency in BI reporting tools and ERP systems.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate has 8 to 10 years of experience in FP&A.

  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.

  • Experience with SAP.

  • Strong collaboration skills with regional teams and various stakeholders.

  • Relevant finance qualification combined with a solid understanding of financial systems and tools.

  • Experience working with multicultural and international teams.

  • Proven track record in developing team members and fostering a positive team culture.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships through integrity and professionalism.

  • Proactive self-starter with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
