ECS is seeking an Expert Exploitation Specialist/Data Scientist to work in our Arnold, MO office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

**** Validation of required clearance upon acceptance and approval from a cognizant government contracting officer. After customer indoctrination, the candidate will be submitted for a Counterintelligence Polygraph.
The primary responsibilities for this role are:
- Provide production management of the assembly of print ready files.
- Replication of digital products and content (to include artwork).
- Data entry into DLA’s Mapping Enterprise Business System (MEBS).
- Delivery of product masters (digitally and/or hard copy), and shipments of products to DLA.
- Support Compressed ARC Digitization Raster Graphic (CARDG) Development.
- Other duties, as assigned.
- US Citizen.
- Minimum Clearance to interview is TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph.
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of on-the-job or relevant experience within GEOINT. (A combination of years of experience and professional certifications/trainings can be used in lieu of years of experience.)
- Demonstrated experience with relevant Python libraries including Pandas and Geopandas.
- Advanced experience using Python to automate complex workflows and integrate with cloud services.
- Requires Expert or Senior-level proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming languages and programming languages applicable to automation development.
- Proven experience with relational databases and web development tools, including API expertise integrating disparate systems through APl development and implementation.
- Extensive experience in database administration and cloud-based data management.
- Deep knowledge of GEOINT products, data formats, and satellite imagery systems.
- Extensive experience developing and implementing process improvements.
- Experience using AI/ML for feature extraction, data enrichment, and predictive analytics
- Technical lead for automating cross-functional workflows, optimizing digital transfers, and modernizing production processes.
- DoD/C/NGA-specific experience with an understanding of NGA Foundation GEOINT products, data types, and delivery methods.
- Demonstrated experience with database design, implementation, & optimization.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing workflow automation systems.
- Advanced experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for geospatial data
- Experience maintaining, moving and manipulating data between applications, using appropriate software and/or Extract-Transform-Load (ELT) procedures: Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets, Access database management system and/or Oracle, Postgresql, or SQL Server to import and clean analyst-provided datasets.
- Experience maintaining relational database performance, integrity and security through data normalization, indexing, role-based access control, and other best practices.
- Demonstrated experience of advanced programming techniques, using one or more of the following: HTML 5/Javascript, ArcObjects, Python, Model Builder, Oracle, SQL, GIScience, GeospatiavAnalysis, Statistics, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, Arc SDE, ArcIMS.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate solution.
- Highly developed interpersonal and oral/written communication skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally interact with a diverse set of stakeholders (from peers to end-users to executive management).
