Job Responsibilities:

教育程度:环境科学、工程、可持续发展或相关领域的本科及以上学历。
工作经验: 3年及以上ESG或可持续发展领域的工作经验，有项目管理经验者优先。
专业技能要求: 熟悉全球ESG标准和框架（如GRI、SASB、TCFD等），具备扎实的环境科学和工程知识。
能力要求:熟练使用数据分析工具，具备较强的数据处理和分析能力。出色的书面和口头沟通能力，能够与不同层级的员工和外部合作伙伴有效沟通。
其他特殊要求:有EHS相关工作经历为加分项

【主要岗位职责】
1. ESG体系搭建与优化:
1）协助制定公司ESG中长期战略规划，分解为可落地的技术和管理目标（如碳中和路径、能效提升、废弃物循环利用等）。
2）主导ESG数据采集、核算及管理体系，覆盖碳排放、能源消耗、水资源管理、供应链可持续性等关键指标。
2.绿色制造与技术创新:
1）推动生产环节的低碳化改进（如工艺优化、清洁能源替代、设备能效提升），主导碳足迹测算（LCA生命周期评估）及减排方案设计。
2）支持绿色产品设计，协助研发部门开发符合循环经济理念的动力总成解决方案（如材料轻量化、可回收性提升）。
3．ESG合规与报告:
1）跟踪国内外ESG政策法规（如欧盟CSRD、中国双碳政策）、行业标准（如GRI、TCFD、SASB）及客户要求（如主机厂ESG供应链审核），确保公司合规性。
2）编制年度碳信息披露（CDP）及客户定制化可持续发展报告，确保数据准确性和国际认可度。
4． 供应链与内部协同:
1）评估供应链ESG风险，推动供应商可持续发展能力提升（如开展供应商培训、绿色采购标准制定）。
2）跨部门协调生产、EHS、研发、采购等部门，推动ESG项目落地（如零废弃工厂认证、ISO 50001能源管理体系实施）。
5. 行业对标与外部合作:
1）参与行业ESG标杆研究，分析竞争对手及行业最佳实践，提出改进建议。
2）对接外部机构（如行业协会、第三方审计机构、科研院所），推动技术合作与资源整合。
6. 培训与宣传:组织和开展ESG相关的培训和宣传活动，提升公司员工的ESG意识和参与度。
