Job Responsibilities:
一、岗位基本信息
岗位名称: 清洁度&ESD工程师
所属部门: 质量保证部
汇报关系: 直接上级岗位: 项目与客户质量经理 直接下级岗位: 无
二、任职资格
教育程度:大学本科及以上学历, 材料科学与工程、机械制造和电子类等专业优先；
工作经验: 丰富的洁净度测试和故障分析经验，有动力总成领域测试经验者优先，电子行业3-5年以上经验；
专业技能要求: 理解公司质量体系，掌握制造流程和流程控制知识，掌握质量工具知识，熟练掌握8D
能力要求:熟悉图纸，有PCB应力测试理论的了解，熟悉静电防护ESD管理，了解失效分析的模式，知晓5W、8D等方法论，了解清洁度在动力系统重要分级。
其他特殊要求:具备环境职业健康安全管理体系所需的相应能力；熟悉电子设备和清洁度设备操作，有IPC 610证书优先

四、主要岗位职责
1清洁度&ESD质量管理
确保来料清洁度检查和电子件ESD管理和应变计测试的及时进行 建立进厂零件和产品的标准检验程序 确保正确的方法和过程应用于测试和结果的准确性 保持实验室的日常工作效率 实验室设备的维护和培训 支持解决与电子部件相关的问题 支持包括电子零件在内的内部过程的质量计划 计划必要的电子部件检验设备
．过程审核/产品审核 支持产品/过程审核的涉及清洁度&ESD部分内容
3．遵守与执行体系要求
1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、合同、产品质量、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求
2）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作
4．领导交办的其他业务
