Salary range (but not limited to):
59,300 - 72,500Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

De plus, nous avons plus de 75 différents types de postes au sein de l’équipe d’indemnisation, ce qui signifie des tonnes d’occasions pour vous de faire progresser votre carrière d’une façon qui vous tient à cœur.
Chaque situation unique et chaque réclamation d’assurance biens fera rayonner votre habileté à gérer les détails. Vous passerez en revue les dossiers individuels, rencontrerez l’assuré et les témoins, conserverez des documents clairs et bien organisés et comparerez des contrats afin d’effectuer des évaluations liées à la responsabilité et au règlement des réclamations.
Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous
- Ouvrir les nouvelles réclamations au téléphone avec les clients, puis assurer une prise en charge immédiate de la situation.
- Analyser les informations recueillies, déterminer la recevabilité et enquêter les circonstances d'une réclamation afin d'en déterminer les causes et réviser l'évaluation des dommages.
- Recueillir les versions des faits des assurés et/ou témoins en les interrogeant sur les événements.
- Utiliser les outils de façon efficace.
- Déterminer le potentiel subrogatoire dans les dossiers.
- Avoir une bonne gestion des réserves.
- Gérer efficacement de son bureau et ses priorités.
- Vérifier les détails de la police de l'assuré pour déterminer la couverture.
- Collaborer efficacement avec différentes équipes, notamment celles de l’évaluation, de la souscription et la subrogation.
- Veiller à la gestion efficace des coûts.
Ce que vous mettrez à profit
- Détenir un certificat d’experts en sinistre 5A et/ou 5B.
- Posséder au moins 6 mois d’expérience à titre d'expert en sinistres automobile.
- Aucune expérience en habitation n’est requise; une formation en traitement des sinistres habitation sera offerte.
- Bien connaître les produits d’assurance.
- Solides compétences en gestion du temps.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et verbale.
- Avoir une bonne compréhension du processus de réclamation
- Maintenir un haut niveau de performance et de productivité
- Bilingue (français et anglais) Nécessité de traiter des dossiers de réclamations d’une clientèle anglophone sur une base régulière
