We’re looking for a Manufacturing Controllership Expert to help drive global compliance, strong financial controls, and standardized manufacturing finance processes across the enterprise. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in manufacturing controlling, cost accounting, inventory, compliance, and financial reporting, along with the ability to lead projects, partner across functions, and turn complex requirements into practical solutions.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to Finance and Operations, lead high-impact analyses and improvement initiatives, and help strengthen the global control environment through standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll doYou will lead and support key activities across four core areas:
Compliance & Controls
- Own quarterly and year-end compliance activities, including SOX controls tied to manufacturing controllership.
- Review and resolve complex control, reporting, and compliance issues across regions, support auditors, and help drive remediation and control enhancements.
Manufacturing Controlling
- Lead complex work related to standard costing, inventory accounting, inventory count procedures, and manufacturing reporting.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and IT to improve processes, strengthen controls, and support major initiatives such as restructuring, footprint optimization, integrations, and divestitures.
Business Partnership & Technical Leadership
- Serve as a go-to expert for manufacturing controlling and compliance topics.
- Work closely with business and finance leaders, provide coaching to analysts and senior analysts, and support training and knowledge-sharing across the organization.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Drive global standardization of controllership processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement scalable improvements that increase efficiency, strengthen compliance, and improve reporting quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA or CPA (or local equivalent) preferred
- Extensive of experience in finance and/or reporting roles
- Strong background in manufacturing controlling, inventory accounting, standard costing, and compliance reporting
- Solid knowledge of internal controls, SOX, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience driving process improvement, automation, and standardization
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is Ft14,254,900.00 - Ft24,233,300.00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between16,800,000.00 to22,800,000.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.Benefits Statement:
