We are looking for an Expert Client Analyst to support our client service teams in France by delivering advanced data analyses, high-quality insights, and professionally structured presentations. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating with a Team Leader and Senior Manager, contributing directly to the design and delivery of impactful client analyses, reports, and dashboards.
Your Responsibilities
• Lead complex data extractions using our internal tools, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistency across datasets.
• Perform advanced analytical work (comparisons, trends, segmentations, deep dives) to support client deliverables.
• Transform analytical outputs into impactful presentations, with strong structuring and visualization in PowerPoint.
• Identify, retrieve, and reconcile data across multiple databases to build robust datasets, using Power BI.
• Produce, enhance, and maintain client reports, dashboards, and homepage summaries.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of data integrity, visual clarity, and client-readiness.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in market research, consulting, or analytics-driven environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to interpret data and structure meaningful insights.
• Expertise in PowerPoint analysis, with proven ability to build clear, concise, and visually strong slides.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel in particular) and Power BI
• Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and intermediate in french (B1 French minimum).

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Skills Required
