Boeing Global Services is seeking an Experienced Training Services Quality Systems Specialist to support our Commercial Training Solutions business in Miami, Florida. Join a growing team focused on ensuring quality & compliance across a diverse portfolio of solutions including flight training services, simulator operations, and aircraft maintenance training. As part of a global quality organization, you will provide end-to-end quality management guidance to leaders, business units, and cross-functional teams. Your primary responsibilities will draw on deep knowledge of quality systems to design, implement, and sustain robust compliance and improvement activities across the enterprise.
A successful candidate will have proven quality management experience in a services delivery, training, or software business, ideally in the aviation industry, along with strong expertise in internal auditing and process conformance oversight.
Position Responsibilities:
(include, but are not limited to)

• Design and implement innovative solutions for complex quality problems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements
• Lead the development and refinement of new work practices, techniques, and quality standards; recognized as a go-to expert within the Quality organization
• Oversee document control processes, including issuance, revision tracking, access management, and records retention, to maintain quality and compliance
• Develop and deliver tailored training, coaching, and guidance on audits, root cause analysis, CAPA, continuous improvement, and core quality management principles
• Partner with stakeholders to define, implement, and maintain meaningful quality metrics and dashboards that enable data-driven decisions and measure process health
• Plan and execute site, system, and process audits to verify compliance with industry standards (e.g., AS9100), aviation regulation, and customer requirements
• Advise and collaborate with senior leadership to design and deploy process improvements that affect multiple teams and locations, driving measurable operational gains
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, setting objectives and selecting approaches while ensuring consistent, compliant outcomes across assignments
• Continuously expand your expertise in quality management and best practices to strengthen organizational capability

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• 3+ years of experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) in a services delivery, training, or software business.
• 3+ years of experience applying process improvement and problem-solving methodologies (root cause analysis, CAPA)
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to communicate technical and compliance concepts to leadership and technical teams
• Demonstrated ability to perform audits and generate actionable findings and remediation plans.
• AS9100 lead auditor certification
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid passport and travel internationally without restriction

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Experience auditing Approved Training Organizations (ATO), Flight Simulation Training Device (FSTD), or Maintenance Training Organizations (MTO)
• Professional certifications such as ASQ CQA or equivalent
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Starting Pay Rate:
Level 3: $93,400 - $114,600 annually
Level 4: $108,800 - $140,200 annually
