We are looking for young, driven, and committed individuals to join our team. You will support the development & execution of key sales growth strategies that expand the company’s customer base and increase the sales of enterprise-grade products & services by reaching businesses and organizations to grow the revenue of our enterprise market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, managing the
sales cycle, and closing deals for software implementation projects while
building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify,
qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for software solutions and
other of our services
- Generate
leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital channels.
- Conduct
product presentations and demonstrations of our software (e.g., HR,
Finance, ERP, POS, Payroll, Inventory, CRM etc.).
- Understand
client business processes and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare
proposals, quotations, and contracts in collaboration with the
implementation team.
- Manage
the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Meet
and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain
accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate
with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Stay
informed on market trends, competitors, and product updates.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a
related field.
- Minimum
of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in ERP, SaaS, IT
solutions, or enterprise software.
- Strong
understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Proven
ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability
to engage C-level executives and business owners.
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness
to travel within Nigeria for client meetings.
