Job Description
We’re looking for experienced management consultants with expertise in renewable energy who are eager to help organisations shape and execute the strategic and transactional choices that drive the energy transition.
What you’ll do
As an experienced management consultant in our Energy and Climate team, you will work on the front line of the energy transition.
You’ll play a key role in helping our clients navigate complex strategic and transactional challenges, from corporate strategy to M&A execution.
Your work will include:
- Developing and implementing corporate and business unit strategies for clients in the energy sector, with a particular focus on renewable energy
- Supporting commercial due diligence and market screening ahead of investment decisions
- Driving value creation initiatives across the deal lifecycle, from strategic rationale to post-merger value capture
- Designing and optimising carve-out scoping and target operating models
- Using data, analytics, and AI to improve decision-making
- Facilitating workshops and aligning C-level and board stakeholders across functions
- Driving implementation and ensuring sustainable value capture post-transaction
If you’d like to work at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring strategic choices and transactions translate into tangible business impact, our team could be just the right place for you.
What you’ll bring
We're looking for someone with 4–6 years of experience from a reputable management consultancy. Beyond that, the ideal candidate has:
- Proven expertise within strategy and M&A in the energy sector, in particular renewable energy
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, including C-level and board audiences
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- The ability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic implementation
On top of that, you take ownership and thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment, and bring an entrepreneurial mindset and the motivation to help grow our practice.
