Job Description
- Acts as trusted, well experienced controller
- Participation in month-end closing activities
- Consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial report
- Supporting effective business decisions by presenting financial performance & suggesting improvement measures in order to reach targets
- Participates in monthly forecasting and yearly budgeting in cooperation with other departments
- Suuports with ideas the process development and process automation initiatives
Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Finance or Economy
- At least 4+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills, being fluent in English and German
- Fundamental understanding of key controlling and reporting processes
- Solid MS Excel knowledge & good knowledge in MS Office
- Process Automation & process development mindset
- Good analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge & engagement with BI solutions is advantage
