Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machinery.
- Maintain quality control standards throughout production.
- Troubleshoot equipment and make necessary adjustments.
- Lift materials and products (up to 70 lbs.) as needed.
- Follow company safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Must have extruder machine operating experience.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong focus on safety and quality
- Ability to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 70lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- Forklift experience a plus (training provided)
