We’re not looking for beginners, we’re seeking experienced BDC professionals who know how to convert leads, manage high-volume communication, and consistently set high-quality, show-ready appointments.

If you’ve worked as an automotive BDC and understand the difference between activity and production, this is where you level up.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead Conversion: Turn inbound internet leads into confirmed showroom appointments
  • Outbound Execution: Work unsold traffic, missed opportunities, and service-to-sales opportunities
  • Multi-Channel Communication: Phone, text, and email with speed, professionalism, and persistence
  • Appointment Quality: Not just setting—setting appointments that show and sell
  • Follow-Up Discipline: Relentless, structured follow-up that drives results
  • CRM Mastery: Accurate notes, pipeline tracking, and task management

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years experience as a BDC Rep or Automotive Internet Sales experience REQUIRED
  • Track record of high appointment set/show ratios
  • Strong phone presence with the ability to control conversations and overcome objections
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Self-motivated with a production mindset—not just activity-based work
  • Experience with CRM tools (VinSolutions, Dealertrack, etc.) preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong advantage

Compensation

  • Hourly + Commission Structure
  • On-Target Earnings: $80,000+ (based on experience and performance)
  • Up to 5K sign on for qualified candidates
  • No cap for high performers
