We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Market Data Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Market Data Product Management team and cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and enhance our market data product offerings. You will be responsible for gathering and interpreting requirements, conducting research, and contributing to the product development lifecycle to ensure our offerings align with client needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the product management team to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for market data initiatives.
Assist in developing detailed technical specifications that align with the product roadmap.
Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and client services teams to facilitate communication and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Participate in the product/software development lifecycle (SDLC), providing input from ideation through to launch, focusing on quality assurance and user experience.
Provide support for product launches and enhancements, including ensuring relevant documentation is updated in concert with product updates and enhancements..
Regularly collaborate with the support team to ensure: existing products are supported consistently and in line with the available functionality, and new developments are thoroughly communicated to the support team and clients.
Foster a collaborative environment within the team and contribute to the overall culture of innovation and accountability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in market data or financial technology.
Exceptional understanding of Enfusion’s data offerings, including real-time feeds and reference data, along with deep familiarity in tools from providers such as Bloomberg, LSEG, and FactSet.
Deep understanding of corporate action reference data and the providers that offer these data sets, notably LSEG, ICE, EDI, and Bloomberg.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, capable of converting complex data sets into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with product management tools (such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.) is essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
