Job Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of infotainment experience projects
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and dependency tracking
- Coordinate tasks across Product, UX, Engineering, and Data teams
- Track progress, risks, and issues; escalate when needed
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and regular status updates
- Support release planning and delivery coordination
- Prepare clear documentation and status communication
- Ensure adherence to defined processes and ways of working
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of software or digital product development
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Willingness to learn and grow in a complex environment
- Standing and sitting for long periods of time
- Ability to get in and out of test and production vehicles as needed
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with infotainment, automotive, or consumer technology products
- Experience supporting UX- or customer-experience-driven initiatives
- Experience working with global and market-facing organizations
- PMP, SAFE, Agile, or similar project management certification
