Job Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end planning and delivery of large, cross-functional infotainment initiatives
- Structure ambiguous experience initiatives into executable programs and milestones
- Drive alignment across Product Management, UX, QM, Engineering, Data Science, and global stakeholders
- Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across multiple workstreams
- Lead complex planning, execution, and release coordination activities
- Act as a trusted execution partner to Staff and Principal-level PMs, UX, and Architects
- Proactively identify delivery risks and drive mitigation strategies
- Provide clear, executive-ready status reporting and recommendations
- Improve project management processes, tools, and operating models across the org
- Mentor and guide junior project managers
- Role requires close collaboration with US and global stakeholders
- Occasional travel may be required
- Job responsibilities may evolve based on business needs
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong ability to drive execution in complex, matrixed organizations
- Proven experience leading large-scale software or digital product initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and influence without authority
- Experience with Agile, hybrid, and scaled delivery models
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working across cultures and time zones
- Standing and sitting for long periods of time
- Ability to get in and out of test and production vehicles as needed
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with infotainment, automotive, or consumer technology products
- Experience supporting UX- or customer-experience-driven initiatives
- Experience working with global and market-facing organizations
- PMP, SAFE, Agile, or similar project management certification
