The role of Experience Marketing is to be the cross-functional connection that influences development and then leads the end-to-end articulation of these experiences, from ideation, to launch, through the creation of outstanding content and execution plans.
The Experience Marketing Operations Manager is, as part of the Experience Marketing Team BA EMEA, and is responsible for leading and managing projects and initiatives from brief to content team and through to all touchpoint’s assets creation and across to activation in all consumers facing touch points.

In this role, he or she will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of the end-to-end projects ensuring that all tasks are assigned to the corresponding stakeholders with aligned global templates. Following up on one globally consistent process flagging any delay or deviation in time, budget or delivery, in close collaboration with the content planner.

The Experience Marketing Operations Manager will collaborate closely with Experience Marketing Manager and Experience Marketing Specialists to support their end-to-end responsibility with professional project and program management. Collaborating cross-functionally, assigning tasks across all marketing functions to support the end-to-end delivery, identifying waste and inefficiencies as well as suggesting solutions to optimize the marketing value chain.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, track and optimize product launch projects and initiatives. End-to-end from the Experience Marketing brief to content team and through to all touchpoints assets creation and across to localization and activation in all consumers facing touch points.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and be the supporting partner to XMM / XMS throughout each project.
  • Securing that we run one process according to the agreed PDCL process, including all elements of the consumer journey to help securing successful product launches ensuring consistency in our communication across consumer touchpoints within and across markets.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, tracking budgets and resources, in close collaboration with IMC team & Content Planner, to ensure successful project delivery and business and brand growth over time.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks. Communicating project status and issues to stakeholders with efficient lines of communications and forums as needed.
  • In close collaboration with Marketing operations Team, continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and tools to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Be a central point of contacts for the XMM and XMS for FPP / FPS / Care / WB or POM Teams in coordinating projects timing, classification and prioritization
  • Be the supporting partner to the content planner in IMC team to coordinate, sequence and prioritise projects based on projects and business priorities
  • Help defining and implement metrics and KPIs to track the success of projects implementation and report on progress.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.

Experience & Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or project management cross functions and internationally.
  • Solid understanding and experience from Electrolux PDCL process.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience analyzing data to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Fluent in English (oral & written).

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
