Job Responsibilities:
  • Evolve and refine the visual language of our enterprise design system, driving visual innovation and enhancement across our platforms.

  • Create, document, and maintain visually compelling components, patterns, and styles that set the standard for our brand.

  • Identify gaps and propose new components or patterns to address emerging needs, building on the strong foundation of our existing system.

  • Collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to bring new ideas to life and ensure seamless integration of the design system.

  • Advocate for visual consistency, accessibility, and inclusive design, ensuring every product delivers an exceptional user experience.

  • Present and articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams and leadership, sharing your creative vision and rationale.

  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform ongoing improvements and keep our design system evolving.

  • Set the bar for visual quality, usability, and accessibility in every component and pattern.

  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in visual design and design systems.

  • Contribute to a culture of learning, mentorship, and design excellence within the organization.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
  • Degree in a relevant design discipline (such as Interaction Design, HCI, User Experience Design), or equivalent work experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in visual design - leading design systems

  • Strong skills in Interaction Design and Visual/UI design.

  • Ability to synthesize complex, interdependent, and sometimes competing needs into cohesive solutions for data-dense enterprise experiences.

  • Demonstrated expertise in user-centered and human-centered design approaches.

  • Proven track record of collaboration within design teams and working cross-functionally with software engineers.

  • Proficiency in adjacent areas such as Information Architecture, User Research, UX Writing, and Prototyping.

  • Motion and animation experience a plus.

  • Familiarity with front-end engineering languages

  • Advocate for Accessibility Guidelines and Inclusive Design practices.

  • Portfolio is required and should be linked out from resume.
