What you will do:
Perform operating expenses reporting (Actuals, Budget and Forecast) and assist Expense Controlling Team Head in expense management. This role is performed in accordance with the Group’s Policies and Procedures and local & international accounting standards, in order to provide accurate and timely reporting.
Your day-to-day:
- Monthly monitoring and reporting of expenses to local management and Group.
- Assist in controlling the level of operating expenses (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX) versus Budget and Forecast.
- Assist in expense management and approval process.
- Ensure quality of accounting data and preparing accruals.
- Participate in the annual Budget process and its quarterly revisions.
- Support and participate in the execution of finance transformation projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Accounting / Finance / Audit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Finance / Accounting.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of Greek and English language.
- Hyperion suite (Essbase and SmartView) would be considered an asset.
