As an Expeditor you will work under daily supervision to assist with and maintaining component needs for the production line.
What You’ll Do
Managed aircraft materials and parts disposition, identifying and correcting allocation discrepancies, rerouting inventory, and processing required documentation to support production schedules.
Supported production operations with urgent resolution of material shortages, responding to shop floor inquiries and ensuring uninterrupted workflow.
Procured and expedited aircraft materials through repair, subcontract, and supplier channels to meet internal production and external customer requirements.
Performed daily inventory control and accountability of engine components, ensuring accuracy across multiple engine racks and stock locations.
Prepared engine racks for assembly by conducting comprehensive inventories, resolving shortages, and releasing build-ready racks on schedule.
Collaborated with Customer Service and Operations teams to mitigate material shortages by evaluating and executing component swap opportunities.
Monitored production schedules and material requirements, proactively preparing engine racks and ensuring parts availability ahead of build deadlines.
Generated and analyzed daily reports to identify outstanding material issues, support production planning, and maintain schedule adherence.
Utilized ERP systems and electronic databases to manage inventory records, verify part information, and maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Delivered materials, components, and engines to production areas using material handling equipment while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Minimum Qualifications
A valid class 5 driver's license (or equivalent)
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (unassisted) for approximately 25% of the average workday, with our without reasonable accommodation
Knowledge of hazardous materials handling
Must be authorized to work in the US.

1+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, materials management, and production support within fast-paced manufacturing or aerospace environments.
A valid forklift operator license
