Plan material usage for production base on firm order and forecast from customer.
Maintenance and updating of Production Planning and Output File.
Prepare Production Planning and Control Report (Plan vs Delivery, Plan Capacity, Comparison Production Plan) for monthly Production Planning.
Review and report on stock figure and shortlist item for purchasing.
Monitor closely issuance material to Production vs Bom and incoming delivery.
Prepare supply and demand analysis.
Comply and support corporate internal control policies and procedures at all times.
Managing on the kits ordering and receiving.
Knowledgeable in SAP and IWMS related matters.
To perform any other task assigned by the superior from time to time.
Skills Required
- Knowledgeable in SAP and IWMS
- Ability to prepare production planning reports
- Experience managing stock and materials
