Job Purpose:
The Export Pre-Shipment Executive is responsible for overseeing all pre-shipment processes, ensuring seamless coordination with transporter, CHA's and internal stakeholders. The role is essential for managing documentation, regulatory compliance, and shipment scheduling to ensure timely and efficient dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Shipment Planning & Coordination: Plan and coordinate export shipments in line with customer and regulatory requirements. Work closely with Marketing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to confirm shipment schedules.
Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, review, and process necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists etc. and coordinate with CHA and ODEX for document filings.
Coordination with Transporter & CHA: Liaise with transporters, customs brokers ensure timely dispatch. Manage and resolve issues with customs clearance and documentation filing.
