Manages daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound material movement, inventory records, stock reconciliation, loading and unloading, storage, dispatch coordination, cycle counts, reporting, documentation, safety compliance, and operational issue resolution. Coordinates with transporters, vendors, clients, and warehouse teams to maintain efficient and accurate warehouse functioning.

Supervise the Operation Excellence team and coordinate daily operations to improve efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities include developing process-improvement strategies, monitoring performance metrics, providing employee feedback, ensuring policy compliance, and identifying and implementing operational improvements.

Coordinates export pre-shipment activities, including shipment planning, scheduling, export documentation, regulatory compliance, customs broker and transporter coordination, and issue resolution. Partners with marketing, warehouse, logistics, CHA, and ODEX stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient dispatch of goods.

Lead predictive analytics and forecasting initiatives across demand, sales, inventory, supply planning, and business performance. Develop production-ready Python machine learning and time-series models, conduct feature engineering and validation, support deployment and API integration, and translate business needs into analytical solutions. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, mentor junior data scientists, and contribute to model quality, continuous improvement, and enterprise-scale decision intelligence.

Coordinates daily vehicle call-offs, deployment, placement, reporting, and movement tracking. Maintains transport records and prepares recurring MIS reports and dashboards. Works with transporters, drivers, and internal teams to resolve delays, shortages, documentation gaps, and non-placement issues. Updates Excel and TMS or ERP systems, tracks vehicle and transporter performance, and supports reconciliation of trip data with operational and billing records.

Manage end-to-end import shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, freight forwarding, duty payments, insurance, transportation, and delivery coordination. Liaise with customs brokers, suppliers, planners, finance, warehouses, and freight partners. Prepare daily dashboards and performance reports, monitor detention and late fees, support cost optimization, manage import systems and documentation, and coordinate regulatory labeling and customs processes.

Manage end-to-end import operations, including shipping documentation, customs clearance, freight forwarding, duty payments, insurance, transportation, warehouse delivery, and supplier coordination. Track shipments, resolve documentation and customs issues, oversee labeling and compliance processes, and prepare daily and weekly reports. Analyze import performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and collaborate with planners, finance, procurement, warehouses, transporters, customs brokers, and international suppliers.

Supports the Inside Sales team with daily activities, market research, sales strategy analysis, meeting participation, training, and administrative tasks. The role provides hands-on sales experience while contributing to team operations and requires strong communication, teamwork, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
