At ServiceNow, we're deploying our own technology for our digital transformation. The Now on Now Content team supports the Transformation Office, writing inspiring stories, presentations, and thought leadership to enable our senior leaders and account teams share our experiences and help customers on their journeys.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is both an effective team leader and storyteller. You like to work in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is strategic, tactical, and possesses a strong ability to conceptualize, develop, drive, coordinate and manage a creative team.
What you get to do in this role:
- Tap into your understanding of our product strategy, how we are deploying our own technology, and how our work impacts our goals.
- Infuse your thought leadership and investigative journalism instincts to drive storytelling that meets the needs of a wide range of ServiceNow stakeholders, with a focus on senior leadership.
- Lead in the discovery and sourcing of new stories and opportunities to amplify them including: Developing compelling stories for executives and service owners to present in executive briefings, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer calls. And writing PowerPoint decks and speaker notes for senior leaders' live presentations
- Facilitate collaborative working sessions with ServiceNow executives and practitioners to tell their stories in an authentic voice for targeted internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with content designers on creative themes, visual styles, and storyboards.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 12+ years of equivalent or relevant work experience in executive writing and PowerPoint presentations.
- Experience working directly with customer and clients, especially Director-level stakeholders and above.
- A deep intellectual curiosity about the effect of technology on the business landscape, ideally with ServiceNow experience.
- Understanding of how sales executives operate, ideally with experience in a role or team with revenue goals.
- Proven creative thinker who can design and execute on new, innovative approaches to Now on Now storytelling and thought leadership.
- Strong track record as a team player in a highly matrixed environment with a strong collaborative ability to work with others across the org chart.
- Work effectively across internal departments, including product teams, communications, and events.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow products and the Now Platform® a strong plus.
- Thrive in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior listening, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
