The Copper River Family of Companies is looking for an Executive Vice President (EVP) of Coho Integrated Solutions, LLC to provide strategic leadership and establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies. This is a remote position, and reports directly to the President, Coho Integrated Solutions, LLC, with a dotted line to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This a crucial role for the Copper River Family of Companies as we expand our portfolio of companies.
The EVP will be responsible for transforming the business and driving growth. The EVP must ensure that budget targets are met and improve operating margin through execution of marketing, sales, and other strategies with collaboration of team members identifying and addressing potential areas of improvement maintaining a positive and nurturing environment for staff. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proven stellar leadership abilities, and an in-depth understanding of the United States government contracting landscape.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Assist President in developing a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.
- Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to design Coho Integrated Solutions’ vision for growth (of business and impact); owning the evolution and activation of the vision and growth strategy.
- Manage and act as a resource for senior management on overseeing company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Aid in the process of planning, developing, and implementing strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company.
- Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting
- Recommend strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and
- Measure and analyze current revenue streams, offerings, and relationships to optimize the business growth and revenue strategy.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives; translate that knowledge into customer-tailored, differentiated solutions.
- Understand market/account-specific landscapes, addressable markets, customer and procurement trends, and competitive trends.
- Define and implement customer growth strategies and effectively communicate investment rationale based on market factors, capability alignment, and fit.
- Play a key role, both internally and externally, in representing the organization and liaising with key stakeholders including clients, partners, affiliates, and government officials.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree
Requirements:
- Fifteen (15) years of experience in business administration, business development, executive leadership, or related field. A minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience is required.
- Able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of revenue growth and development for Alaskan/Tribal Native organizations.
- Knowledge and deep understanding of the Small Business Administration 8(a) program for Alaskan/Tribal Native organizations.
- Senior leadership experience in developing and managing portfolio of revenue generative initiatives/efforts.
- Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change

- Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
