We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to enable better organizational performance by conducting a timely and accurate analysis on all relevant business parameters, focusing on production KPIs and well as non-production data, ensuring improvement plans and actions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all core production meetings, business reviews, give leadership to the data gathering, analysis and presenting function.
To support the formulation of strategy documentation in various formats for reporting requirements within MAS Holdings.
Support Kaizen Mindset Team to form effective KPI teams and systems, identifying lagging and leading KPIs for the organization as well as establishing a Kaizen culture in keeping with LEAN philosophy.
Support the Hoshin Kanri process in terms KPI analysis and review and policy deployment.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree in Textile Engineering.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the same capacity.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Good communication and team working.
