Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from role intake to offer acceptance
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, internal job postings (IJP) and campus hiring programs
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive timely hiring decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to set clear expectations on timelines and candidate quality
- Ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate hiring trackers and ensure recruiter data hygiene
- Track key recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratios
- Use automation and AI tools to streamline sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting
- Ensure adherence to hiring processes, approvals, and documentation
- Manage onboarding and joining processes while working closely with Central HR and other internal teams
- Support and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives including LinkedIn presence, career page updates, and candidate communications
Must Haves:
- 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Hands-on experience with Job Portals, Applicant Tracking Systems and AI-driven recruitment platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Passion for sports and the sports-tech ecosystem
- Previous experience working in a tech or product-based startup
