About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Executive on a 12-month contract to support our recruitment efforts across various functions within the organisation.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire quality talent. You will play a key role in delivering an efficient hiring process, providing a positive candidate experience, and supporting talent attraction initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and is passionate about connecting talent with opportunities.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support
- Source and engage candidates through job portals, social platforms, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing methods
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, provide market insights, and ensure timely fulfilment of hiring needs
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess suitability, competencies, and alignment with business requirements
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and reports within the HR system
- Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, employer branding activities, and talent pipeline initiatives to strengthen talent attraction efforts
We’re Looking For Someone Who’s
- Has at least 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume, or multi-stakeholder environment
- Experienced in managing end-to-end recruitment independently and handling multiple vacancies concurrently
- A strong communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organisation
- Agile, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines
- Resourceful, proactive, and a fast learner who can quickly understand business needs and deliver quality hiring outcomes
