Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide prompt responses to queries from Executives
- Consult with IT experts where necessary to coordinate swift solution
- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tech tools and products
- Documentation of problems and knowledge database creation
- Ticket coordination and management, cooperation with GSD and FS
- Language skills: English on C1 level, German and French is a plus
- Work from Prague D-ploy office (Budejovicka 3a, Prague 4)
- Oncall rotation every 4-5 weeks
- IT Service Desk experience for 3+years or similar technical role
- Experience in supporting top level management in a corporate environment is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Strong problem solving/analytical abilities
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to adapt quickly
- Focus on timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task handling multiple clients
- Ability to work independently as well as willing to follow direction and best practices
- Planning and organizing skills
- Team player and supportive personality
- Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
