Job Description Summary

The Executive - Soft Services will oversee and manage the delivery of non-technical, people-centric services within the organization, ensuring a high standard of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating cleaning, security, hospitality, and other support services to maintain a safe, comfortable, and professional workplace environment.

Job Description

About the role:

  • Housekeeping and Cleaning: Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of facilities, including offices, common areas, and amenities.
  • Waste Management: Manage waste disposal, recycling, and composting.
  • Pest Control: Coordinate pest control services to prevent infestations.
  • Facility Maintenance: Report maintenance issues and coordinate with vendor for repairs.
  • Knowledge of facilities related to chemicals and MSDS.

About you:

  • Attention to detail: Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including facility managers, employees, and vendors.
  • Time management: Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other facilities staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Attention to EHS: Follow safety protocols and report hazards.
