JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Executive / Senior Executive, Marketing to join our Hong Kong team. This role will play a key part in supporting the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, strengthen client engagement, and drive business growth. Working closely with the Hong Kong leadership team, including the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Marketing Lead, the successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and events. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Bring the Howden brand to life through standout events, campaigns, and content
  • Create compelling content across social media, EDMs, thought leadership, videos, and presentations
  • Partner with business leaders to turn ideas into impactful marketing initiatives
  • Plan and execute client events, webinars, sponsorships, and networking opportunities
  • Manage stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to deliver projects seamlessly
  • Drive engagement, strengthen brand visibility, and support business growth with measurable impact
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, such as support business activities, expense management etc.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English Language or other related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar capacity. Candidates with less experience, including fresh graduates with relevant marketing internship experience, will also be considered for entry-level position.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence communicating comfortably with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Strong organisational skills with a high degree of reliability and attention to detail
