M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Biology
0–1 years of experience in report review, analytical documentation, or regulatory compliance in a testing laboratory
- Review analytical test reports in accordance with NABL guidelines and internal quality standards.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in test data and documentation.
- Prepare and review regulatory reports for FSSAI, BIS, EIC, and other regulatory.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Operations, Customer Support) to ensure timely report delivery.
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and audit trails as per NABL and internal quality systems.
- Manage and update data on FICS and Infolnet portals.
- LIMS software proficiency (Laboratory Information Management System)
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with AI-based tools for document review or data accuracy checks
- knowledge of food testing methodologies and quality systems
- Excellent time management and ability to multi-task under pressure
- Strong decision-making and analytical mindset
- Effective communication and collaboration across teams
- Meticulous attention to detail and data integrity
- Strong understanding of NABL guidelines and symbol usage in reports
- Awareness of FSSAI, BIS, EIC, EU, SFDA, APEDA, and USFDA regulations
