Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Activewear team as an Executive – Recruitment. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to Support divisional hiring for Executive-and-above customer-interface and functional roles by consolidating demand with HRBPs, coordinating process execution with Shared Services, and ensuring professional and consistent candidate experience. The role enables structured assessments, smooth panel coordination, and accurate data management aligned to divisional work force plans and TA governance protocols.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consolidate hiring requirements for Executive-and-above CI and enabling function roles by coordinating with HRBPs and divisional leadership to ensure clear visibility of approved vacancies.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment workflows including requisition creation, system updates and assessment coordination.
- Liaise with Legato to ensure timely sourcing, assessment execution, shortlist alignment, and adherence to defined TA governance and service delivery standards.
- Maintain accuracy of all recruitment data on ReachHR, including requisition status, interview records and candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers, panel members, and Shared Services, ensuring timely availability, structured scheduling, and professional candidate experience.
- Validate candidate eligibility, documentation, and role fit in collaboration with the divisional TA Lead and HRBP teams before final panel evaluations.
- Manage follow-ups on shortlisted profiles, feedback consolidation, and offer follow up to maintain hiring momentum and avoid fulfilment delays.
- Support employer branding and outreach initiatives for Executive-level roles as guided by the divisional TA Lead and TA CoE.
- Track divisional hiring progress including fulfilment status, source effectiveness, cycle time, and bottlenecks, providing updates for divisional and TA reviews.
- Coordinate onboarding readiness for selected candidates including documentation, system updates, and joining confirmations in partnership with Shared Services.
- Ensure full compliance with TA governance, organizational design approvals, and data integrity requirements for all Executive-and-above hires within the division.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or relevant field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment coordination or hiring support.
- Experience within large, multi-entity organizations or apparel manufacturing environments preferred.
- Strong recruitment coordination and workflow management capability.
- Ability to manage large volumes of scheduling, communication, and candidate handling.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through in fast-paced hiring cycles.
Skills Required

- 3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment coordination or hiring support
