• Updating HR personnels about policies/procedures

• Assisting subordinate members when necessary

Executive Recruiter requirements are:

• Experience as an Executive Recruiter

• Good business acumen

• Able to enforce the HR regulations/policies

• Familiar with HR databases

• Great problem-solving and organizational skills

• Effective communication skills

• BA/BSc degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
