Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the team as an Executive - Quality Assurance - Operations. 

This role will enable you to implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance and maintain the quality of the garments produced whilst, monitoring processes, procedures to mitigate quality violations in order to meet Customer quality requirements/ standards and facilitate on time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review customer specifications and technical requirements before production, ensuring all quality concerns are clarified and communicated to relevant teams.
  • Conduct team briefings on quality standards, critical quality points, and corrective actions to maintain product compliance.
  • Perform random audits on inspected garments to verify adherence to customer and company quality requirements.
  • Monitor end-line quality performance, rework activities, and AQL results, implementing timely corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure compliance with established quality systems (Rework card, 5 in 1 card), procedures, and documentation requirements while driving continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate quality records, analyze data, and provide timely reports to support decision-making.
  • Ensure product safety standards are understood and consistently applied throughout the production process.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address customer, factory, and regulatory quality requirements.
  • Promote adherence to organizational standards, including SOPs, compliance requirements, health and safety regulations, and 5S practices.
  • Support workplace safety and ergonomics initiatives through regular observations, audits, and performance reviews.
  • Contribute to fostering a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the production environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.



Qualifications 

  • Degree/ Diploma in Textiles, Garment Technology or related field from a recognized Institute/ Technical college.
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity (Knowledge of Quality audits/ aspects and Customer standards).
  • Good Analytical skills.
