Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining Unichela as an Executive - Quality Assurance based at Panadura to effectively monitor and maintain quality assurance procedures & gates with regard to products and processes to ensure to meet customer quality standards while maintaining qualified staffs with proper 
follow ups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure FTT (First Time Through) of all styles thereby facilitating a smooth and uninterrupted production process.
  • Facilitate fact-based real-time problem solving by conducting regular meetings with relevant internal teams to discuss quality related issues.
  • Connect with Team Leaders and Group Leaders to conduct their job role through effective coaching.
  • Connect with the Value Stream Executives, Industrial Engineers and Autonomation Engineers in Digitization, Autonomation processes and initiatives at product integration process.
  • Guide relevant parties on product and process knowledge involving aspects such as fit, construction, performance, durability and raw materials.
  • Ensure the product meets the required standards and expectations as per customer specifications in a timely and effective manner by ensuring the team adheres to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and STWs (Standardized Work).
  • By understanding the consumer requirements, subsequently translate and develop a process to error proof the product.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Statistics or Mathematics.
  • Strong product orientation with exceptional attention to detail and quality focus.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar functional capacity.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information in a clear and professional manner both verbally and in writing to engage stakeholders and ensure alignment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing positively to shared goals and supporting overall team success.




Skills Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar functional capacity
  • Strong product orientation with exceptional attention to detail and quality focus
  • Knowledge of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and STWs (Standardized Work) and ability to ensure team adherence
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and coach team leaders
