You’ll support the CPO with adhering to their daily business, in preparing and following up on appointments or working on internal and external communication formats; ensuring meetings are well prepared and keeping an eye on the agenda, key objectives and deliverables; coordinating cross-functional activities; strategizing about overarching objectives and priorities within the remit of the CPO
You’ll manage selected strategic projects at company level with expert teams from multiple parts of the organisation to drive business efficiency and effectiveness improvements. You will work in close collaboration with the CPO and their leadership team, in particular the Chief of Staff. Depending on the project, your involvement can vary from a steering role (PMO) to leading individual workstreams, including the problem definition, solution development and implementation work
Independently you’ll structure and prepare written materials, including researching and analysing data. These documents will oftentimes need to be tailored to senior audiences and adhere to the highest standards.
You’ll liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership.
Strong project management skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities and an agile environment set you apart. You consistently demonstrate the ability to take initiative, understand deadlines and carry multiple projects at the same time with limited guidance
You have built expertise in portfolio management and process improvement, ideally in driving transformation and change management.
You possess outstanding oral and written communication skills, including experience in writing Board-level documents
You bring strong business acumen and can relate the priorities in the CPO areas to the Zalando group strategy.
