Responsibilities:- Responsibility include study the project, drawing, products and follow the schedule, Incoming material verification and records
- Adherence to established ISO 9001, OSHS and applicable standards and policies, Conduct internal, external and process audit at subcontractor place
- Identify problem areas and follow up with counter measures and solutions
- Schedule review and report preparation. Assistance to quality person for monitoring, inspection and supplier corrective actions
- Prepare and update process plan for different projects. Effectively coordinate to all other departments and provide timely completion of supplier activities.
- Dispatch co-ordination and packing list verification, Comply with all company guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Monitor and controlling of site activities. visit to vendors place for item verification, follow up schedule, NCR resolution etc
- Must have Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial
- 8 to 10 years experience and expertise in welding, fabrication and machinery processes
- Working knowledge of inspection and testing techniques, instruments including various types of sampling plans
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, GD&T ( Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing )
- Good communication and writing skills
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills enable to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop viable solutions
- Clear vision, delegate effectively, motivate and empower others
