The Team:
The Executive Programs team sits within Customer Marketing and focuses on building strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives at Celonis’ top customers. We design and deliver high-impact executive engagements, from curated roundtables to strategic on-site visits, that strengthen partnerships, support strategic accounts, and elevate the Celonis brand.
As an Intern, you will report to the Director of Executive Programs and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales and Marketing.
The Role:
As an Executive Programs Intern, you will play an integral role in supporting the design, planning, and execution of executive-level engagements. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event operations, stakeholder management, and strategic customer marketing.
The work you’ll do:
- Support the planning and delivery of executive engagements, including briefings, on-site visits, and roundtables
- Coordinate event logistics such as guest communication, scheduling, content preparation, and follow-up activities
- Maintain and update executive contact databases to ensure accuracy and usability
- Assist with developing tailored agendas, presentations, and materials that resonate with C-level audiences
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless program execution
- Help prepare reports and summaries to measure program impact and engagement outcomes
- Conduct research on industry trends, accounts, and executives to support program personalization
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve how we deliver world-class experiences for senior leaders
The qualifications you need:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal
- A proactive mindset with curiosity and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace; experience with Salesforce or project management tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated to deliver high-quality work
