- Planning and execution of weekly/monthly manufacturing plan and other manufacturing activities.
- Responsible for production, planning, process control & troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules.
- To review standard operating procedures, batch documents, master documents of production and compliance to documents.
- Assuring the department in compliance with GMP/regulatory requirement.
- Co-ordination with QA for self-inspection and compliance to the audit observations.
- Responsible for yield and productivity improvement.
- Proper utilization of man and machine and to ensure compliance for documents as per cGMP requirement.
- To review and approve ISO, MIS reports and other related documents of production department as per requirement.
- To ensure scheduled validation of the equipment, calibration of devices and maintenance of equipment.
- Responsible for implementation of systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall operations enhance operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- To coordinate with QA/Engineering department for installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment.
- To report the entire daily schedules & executions to the management
