Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily production activities according to the production plan.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Track equipment performance, process parameters, and line efficiency.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse and other departments for seamless operations.
- Optimize utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Identify and reduce production losses, downtime, waste, and process deviations.
- Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, SOPs, safety regulations and company policies.
- Support audits and uphold plant standards and procedures.
- Promote housekeeping, workplace discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Food Technology or related engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in production/manufacturing, preferably FMCG or Food & Beverage.
- Hands‑on experience with high‑speed production lines.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
- Ability to manage manpower and resources effectively.
- Proficient in production monitoring, reporting and MS Office.
- Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of GMP, GHP and SOP compliance.
- Excellent cross‑functional coordination and communication abilities.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Skills Required
- B.Tech or B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Food Technology, or a related engineering discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in FMCG or Food and Beverage
