Position Title: Production Manager / Executive Producer
Reports to: Project Lead / Supervising Producer
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the overall project budget, execution plan, and timeline.
Handle administrative tasks including venue rentals, setup approvals, and insurance purchases.
Manage team contracts (personnel, equipment, venues, suppliers, etc.).
Coordinate resource requirements across departments (manpower, equipment, materials, transportation, lodging).
Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks.
Manage project funds, control costs, and process reimbursements.
Oversee logistical support (catering, transportation, accommodation, security).
Resolve administrative and resource issues during production.

Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Portuguese language is a plus
