The Executive Producer, Creative Production is the senior production authority connecting internal business and marketing stakeholders, integrated creative teams, in-house production crews and a flexible network of external production and post-production partners. This role leads production strategy for complex, high-visibility campaigns and content programs from brief through final delivery, translating creative ambition into executable budgets, schedules, staffing plans, vendor strategies and decision paths. The portfolio may include campaign films, documentary and customer storytelling, social-first and creator-led content, photography, animation, experiential production and emerging formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production strategy and delivery for complex integrated campaigns, high-profile content programs and priority creative initiatives from brief through final asset delivery. 

• Own complex, cross-initiative budgets, forecasts, schedules, bids, scopes, change control and cost-to-complete visibility, providing clear production recommendations on quality, timing, economics and risk.

• Build and lead within an integrated production system spanning internal producers, project managers and makers, line-production resources, production companies, post-production partners and specialist vendors.

• Partner with procurement, agency management, legal, finance, accessibility and security teams to manage talent, music, rights, licensing, releases, privacy, customer care and production compliance.

• Develop producers and production teams through clear roles, standards, playbooks and coaching, while improving intake, routing, capacity planning, partner activation and responsible AI-enabled workflows.


Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 10+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience. 

Additional or preferred qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading complex productions from creative brief and scoping through production, post-production, delivery and project close.

• Experience in a social-first advertising agency, production company, in-house creative studio or comparable environment supporting major brands or technology clients with experience partnering directly with creative directors, content creators, strategists, designers, writers, marketers and senior business stakeholders. 

• Experience leading live-action and post-production workflows and managing external agencies, directors, production companies, crews and vendors.

• Experience managing production budgets, estimates, bids, schedules, statements of work, change control and project actuals across multiple concurrent priorities.

• 12+ years of progressive creative-production experience, including work as an Executive Producer, Senior Integrated Producer, Head of Studio or comparable production leader.

• Experience leading work for a global technology company or managing technology, product or business-to-business clients within an agency or production environment.

• Experience building or scaling an in-house creative-production capability that integrates internal production crews with external partners.

• Experience across integrated campaigns, documentary or customer storytelling, social-first content, creator partnerships, experiential work, photography, animation and emerging media. 

• Working knowledge of talent and music, rights and licensing, accessibility, production security, privacy and customer-facing production requirements.

• Experience with production-management and resource-planning systems, plus demonstrated ability to apply AI and emerging technologies responsibly to production workflows.


Marketing Technology M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
