Executive ‐ Plant Lean Enterprise
(Based at Bodywear – Pimbura)

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the team as an Executive ‐ Plant Lean Enterprise. This role will enable you to assist implementation of MOS initiatives at the assigned plant whilst providing relevant training, guidance and assistance to ensure a Lean culture is achieved and sustained within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and manage cross functional and business improvement projects at the plant for the year in a timely manner whilst maintaining the relevant A3s for the projects thereby achieving the given targets, by ensuring the execution the below activities:
•Allocate resources
•On time review cadence
•Plan vs actuals progress tracking
•Developing A3s adequet for achievement of goals
•Forming teams and their engagement - Liaise with the Central & Divisional Lean Enterprise Teams by coordinating with the subject matter experts & resources, ensuring knowledge transfer and optimum utilization of investment & time to foster a Lean culture in the division.
- Maintain close relations with MOS community consisting of program participants & belt holders, by constant engagement, knowledge transfer, follow up of projects and facilitation for further knowledge gaining and behavioural change, in order to continously improve the organizational processes.
- Lead the calibration audits in the plant periodically as planned, identify gaps and provide coaching, in order to ensure the functions, achieve the MOS pillar calibration audit results.
- Perform additional duties that commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the management.

- Degree in management or relevant discipline
- 1-2 years' relevant operations experience
- MOS Yellow belt holder
