We are seeking multiple highly organized and execution-oriented professionals to join our Executive Operations Team. In this role, you will be the right hand to one or more members of our leadership team and will work closely with the CEO’s Executive Operations Partner.
This is a dynamic role in a high agency environment that requires swift and pragmatic decision making, an ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships, and a hunger to build as Factory scales rapidly. As an early member of the ExecOps team, you will help define what operational excellence looks like and become a deeply embedded partner with your respective teams.
What you will do and achieve:
Act as a strategic force multiplier for the leadership team, building deep business context and applying sound judgment to keep priorities moving.
Approach problems with an ownership mindset, coming with a recommendation and seeking alignment rather than answers when issues arise.
Stand up and continuously improve new processes as Factory scales, raising the bar on how the company operates day to day.
Build strong cross-functional relationships, staying informed on what's happening on the ground and serving as a trusted point of contact for peers and leaders.
Operate as a gate opener rather than a gatekeeper, ensuring teams know they can come to you and leaders stay accessible rather than walled off.
Own end-to-end interactions with candidates, customers, investors, and board members, ensuring communications are prompt and polished.
Plan and coordinate logistics for high-stakes meetings, trips, and events, ensuring they are well-prepared and run smoothly.
Own the core operational competencies for each of your leaders including calendars, travel, meeting prep, expenses, and logistics.
